Orders & Shipping

  • How do I place an order?
    Placing an order is easy! Simply browse our products, and when you find something you like, click the “Add to Cart” button. Once you’ve added all the items you want, click on the shopping cart icon (in the top right corner) to review your order and proceed to checkout. Follow the on-screen instructions to enter your shipping and payment information to complete your purchase.
  • What if I have a problem with my order?
    Kindly contact us at info@skinsidelabs.com, including your order number, and we will respond within a maximum of 24 hours. Alternatively, you can reach out to us via Facebook and Instagram.
  • How can I change or cancel my order?
    Orders can’t be modified on the website. For assistance with changes or cancellations, please contact us with your order number via email at info@skinsidelabs.com, or through our Facebook or Instagram pages.
  • How do I return or exchange an item?
    We accept returns and exchanges of unused, undamaged products within 14 days of purchase. Please contact us with your order number and your request via email at info@skinsidelabs.com, or through our Facebook or Instagram pages. Please note that return shipping costs 40 EGP, and exchange shipping costs 75 EGP.
  • How much does shipping cost?
    We offer flat-rate shipping for 50 EGP to anywhere in Egypt.
  • How long will it take to receive my order?
    Our standard delivery time is 2–5 business days after your order is placed. Keep in mind that shipping times might be extended on official public holidays as shipping companies may have days off.
