We’re thrilled for you to receive your Skinside goodies! Our standard shipping generally takes between 2 to 5 working days from the time your order is processed. For your convenience, we offer a flat shipping rate of 50 L.E. Please be aware that during official holidays, processing and delivery times might be slightly extended. We appreciate your understanding as we work to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Returns and Exchanges

At Skinside, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you happen to change your mind, you can easily return or exchange any unused item within 14 days of receiving your order. To process a return, a shipping fee of 40 L.E. will be applied. For exchanges, the shipping fee is 75 L.E. To get started with a return or exchange, please email us.
